The administrative case of review of opposition raised by Wei Chai Group Co.Ltd, accused Trademark Review and Adjudication Board under State Administration for Industry and Commerce and the third party Shandong Weichai Industry & Trade Co., LTD,was held a hearing on March 6, 2010.
