In 2011,Attorney Liu represented the review litigation raised by the Custer brothers co., Ltd, France,regarding to revocating the trademark Kasite for not using the trademark for three years.In the court,the two parties held a dramatic debate,facing so many adverse evidences raised by France Custer Brothers Co., Ltd,attorney Liu made a positive resistance under pressure.After consistent efforts for several months,he finally got the acknowledgement of the court and won maintaining registration of the disputing trademark.The case is awarded as one of the top ten classic cases in 2011 by the Supreme People’s Court.
